Delivery is FREE within 20 miles of our location at 4717 Puttor Dr. in Eau Claire. For areas outside of this 20-mile range, a $2 per mile charge is added. So for an area that is 30 miles away, the total delivery fee would be $20.

Yes, all inflatable rentals come with delivery, set up, and take down.

Payment is due in full when the inflatable is set up. We take cash, card, or Venmo.

We typically do not require a deposit to reserve an inflatable. However, if you are reserving a high-cost, high-demand unit during a busy time of the year, you may be asked to pay a small deposit at the time of booking.

During a storm or high winds (typically 20 mph or more), the inflatable cannot be used. Light rain is typically fine as long as you understand the risks of slipping on the wet surface. 

If bad weather is in the forecast and you cancel the reservation before it is set up, you will not be charged. If bad weather limits the use of the inflatable after it is set up and paid for, you may receive a partial refund when the inflatable is picked up.

You will need a relatively flat area that is large enough for the inflatable. There also needs to be a working outlet within 100 feet of the inflatable. For larger units, you may need two outlets on different circuits to accommodate two blowers. If you don't have the appropriate outlets available, we can provide a generator to use for free.

No. If you are planning to have your inflatable on an area other than grass, please let us know so that we can bring the appropriate materials to properly secure the inflatable.

Yes! We usually will give you a discount for renting multiple units at the same time, but the pricing depends on which units you choose and what the demand is for those units on those days. Please ask about multi-unit discounts and we will provide you with an offer!

Yes. If your fence has a gate that is at least 38 inches, we should be able to get the inflatable inside the fence. Smaller inflatables will fit through a smaller gate. Please let us know if you plan to have the inflatalbe inside a fenced-in area.
